This policy explains your cancellation rights and when you may be entitled to a refund for your WeightFree subscription. It applies to all customers of WeightFree BV, a company registered in the Netherlands at Weightfree street 20, 1010xx Amsterdam.

Your statutory rights under Dutch and EU consumer law are not affected by this policy. If there is any conflict between this policy and your statutory rights, your statutory rights prevail.

1. Your 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the Netherlands (and throughout the EU), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 calendar days of signing up, without giving any reason. This is your statutory cooling-off right under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Important note about digital services: If you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately (before the 14-day period has expired) and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost once the Service has been fully performed, you waive the cooling-off right upon full performance of the Service. If the Service has been partially delivered at the time you withdraw, we may charge a proportionate amount for the portion of the Service already provided, calculated pro-rata based on the subscription price and the period elapsed.

At sign-up, we will ask for your explicit acknowledgment of this condition before the Service commences during the cooling-off period.

2. How to Exercise Your Withdrawal Right

To withdraw within the 14-day cooling-off period, you must notify us before the period expires by sending a clear, unambiguous statement to:

You may use the EU model withdrawal form (available at www.acm.nl) or send any other clear written statement. The date of your email or postmark will determine whether you have acted within the 14-day period.

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request and, where a refund is due, process it within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription (Ongoing Cancellation)

You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time using any of the following methods:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the Service until that date. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing period after cancellation is confirmed.

We will send you a written confirmation of your cancellation. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us to verify that the cancellation was registered.

4. Refund Eligibility After the Cooling-Off Period

Once the 14-day cooling-off period has passed (or has been waived as described in Section 1), subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

Partial refunds for unused portions of a prepaid subscription period (e.g., if you cancel mid-month on an annual plan) are not provided as a standard policy, except where required by law.

5. Free Trials

If you cancel during a free trial period, you will not be charged and no refund is applicable. If you fail to cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will convert to a paid subscription and the fees for that billing period will apply under the terms of this policy.

6. Price Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at info@rolandb31.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of approval. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional business days for the funds to appear in your account. We do not charge any administrative fees for processing refunds to which you are entitled.
