These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WeightFree app and related services (together, the "Service") provided by WeightFree BV, a company registered in the Netherlands, with its registered office at Weightfree street 20, 1010xx Amsterdam ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
WeightFree is a digital subscription wellness application designed to help users lose weight while maintaining a balanced, enjoyable lifestyle. The Service provides personalised guidance, tracking tools, educational content, and AI-assisted recommendations. WeightFree is not a medical service, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your diet or exercise routine.

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately at info@rolandb31.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
WeightFree is offered on a subscription basis. The following terms apply to all subscription plans:
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing from time to time. Unless we state otherwise, a free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. You can cancel during the trial period to avoid being charged. Only one free trial is available per user.
As a consumer in the Netherlands (and across the European Union), you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of concluding the agreement, without giving any reason. This is your "cooling-off period".
However, under Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, if you have expressly requested that we begin providing the Service during the cooling-off period and you have acknowledged that your right of withdrawal will be lost once the Service has been fully performed, you waive that right upon full performance. Where the Service has been partially performed at the time of withdrawal, you will owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
To exercise your right of withdrawal within the permitted period, you must send us a clear, unambiguous statement (for example, by email to info@rolandb31.com) before the 14-day period expires. You may use the EU model withdrawal form (available from the Dutch Consumer Authority at www.acm.nl), though it is not mandatory.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation instructions are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy below and in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to the Service until that date.

All content within the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated recommendations — is owned by or licensed to WeightFree BV and is protected by Dutch and international intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service uses artificial intelligence tools to personalise content and recommendations. AI-generated suggestions are for informational and motivational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, or clinical advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content, and you use such recommendations at your own risk.
The Service integrates with third-party providers including payment processors, email service providers, and AI infrastructure providers. Your use of third-party features is subject to those third parties' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the extent permitted by Dutch and EU consumer law, WeightFree BV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. We will give you prior notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, subject to any accrued rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, subject to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of habitual residence under applicable EU law. You may also submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or to the Dutch Disputes Committee (Geschillencommissie) where applicable.
